Massage in Mallorca

Hello, I am Sandrine,

Yoga teacher and Massage Therapist,

passionate about living a healthy lifestyle, with 18 years of experience in the field of well-being.

Massage in Mallorca

I'm a 48-year-old French woman living her best life in Mallorca since 2016.

I started traveling at the age of  19, and 22 years ago I left my country in search of "happiness" and to find meaning in my life, traveling through Central and South America, where I stayed for a few years (2 years in Guatemala and 7 years in Peru), tasting the flavor of the Mayan and Inca culture. I also lived 1 year in England and 4 years in Wales.

Traveling I discovered yoga and when I arrived in Peru in 2009 I opened my yoga studio in Arequipa after getting certified in Cusco. Quickly my yoga classes became successful with locals, expats, and tourists, as I was the only international yoga studio there. My Yoga style is and has always been Flow Yoga as I love body movement, energy healing, and Salsa dancing, and did 3 years of ballet when I was a little girl, and I have been a runner since I was 11 years old! So movement runs into my blood!

At my yoga studio in Peru, I ran workshops: Meditation, Chakra Healing, Asana anatomy and alignment, and Asana adjusting & assisting, and training: the 80-hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training, and the 200-hour Vinyasa Flow Yoga training, which I did for 9 years until 2022. I was then a 500E-RYT, a 200h Yoga School, and a YACEP provider with Yoga Alliance USA which I am no longer for values, ethical and practical reasons.

Since 2009 I have not stopped studying the field of well-being (body, mind & nutrition). But my "things" are yoga, bodywork, and massage.

My story with massage:

Let's go back to 2006, in the UK, Wales, while living there I decided to take a reflexology and anatomy & physiology course in a college, and an online aromatherapy course.
Then, in Peru, I would receive massages weekly, learn basic techniques, and put into practice my knowledge.
My intention with the massage courses was not to be a massage therapist (in the beginning) but to bring content to my workshops and training, as I loved (and still do) assisting, and adjusting asanas.

Then, while I was running a teacher training in Mallorca, a student told me that my hands-on technique looked like Thai massage. I was intrigued, searched on the internet, and decided to take an intensive Thai massage course here on the island in 2019. At the beginning of 2022, I decided to dedicate full time to my massage activity and continued studying techniques such as therapeutic and sports massage, acupressure, shiatsu, and physiotherapy.

The massage session is a feeling of deep "aaaaah" not just for the client but also for me, a sensation of deep stretch, and relaxation for the massage therapist I am proud to be.

My massages are like my yoga practice... a soft, gentle, flowing, and energy therapy where body and mind balance and re-connect.

Book your massage with me!

Love & Light!
