This training is designed for women only! Yes, for goddesses who wish to unleash their feminine power, feminine energy, Shakti, and inner Goddess.

This training is also designed for yoga teachers who want to deepen their practice, teaching skills, and knowledge, find their purpose and Why Power, and teach with the heart in a safe, confident, creative, graceful, and inspiring way!

In this course, I bring all my experience as a yoga teacher and practitioner, with all the yogic tools (philosophy, asanas, pranayama, chakras system, bandhas, body alignment...) I use in my practice and lifestyle. Everything I teach and share in this training resonates with my yoga practice and my philosophy of life.
My Yoga style and practice reflect my personality and my lifestyle: Awareness- Slow living - Movements -
Breathworks - Gratitude - Mindfulness... and so much more...
I teach a beautiful Flow Yoga that awakens your senses, inner power, strength, body awareness, and inner light.
My Flow practice is more than just a yoga class, or a good stretch. I help you find a connection between breath and movement, and unleash what needs to be unleashed, awakened, and revealed.
Yoga teachers and non-yoga teachers are welcome!

Each day there will be a 75-minute morning flow practice and a soft flow end-of-day practice.

There will be no exam and no evaluation for this course.
I am offering this training on request and also on specific dates (see dates below).
You can do this course as a 1-2-1 course, or bring friends along, and together we will decide which dates and pace (weekend, 2 days a week...) are suitable for both of us!
WHERE?
In the village of Ariany, Mallorca, Balearic Islands, Spain.
It can also be held at the place of your choice if you are taking this training privately and/or with friends.

ACCOMMODATION:
Rooms for rent in the village are available. There are also two hotels in Ariany. Let me know if you would like to add the accommodation during the training.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
For this short course there will be no refund but if you cannot make it you can request other dates within 12 months, as long as you let me know at least 15 days prior to the start of this training.
In the unlikely event that the training is canceled, you will be refunded 100% of your payment or offer an alternative placement.
