3-day Yoga Hands-on Assist & Adjustments Training
with Thai Massage

This training was designed by me, Sandrine, in 2015 and has been updated since then through my years of practice, teaching, and learning.
Deepening and refining one’s practice by playing the edges of effort and ease, exploring balance between surrender and control, and opening to self-understanding and self-transformation.
Receiving assistance in a yoga posture can be a wonderful experience. Assistance is often linked to a great massage!
This course has been designed so that you can help your yoga students (and yourself!) go beyond
their body's limits, and their fears, leading them to explore and feel their body like never before.
When guiding your students on a physical (and mental) journey, it is important for them to be safe and confident, and for that, you need to acquire the necessary tools to do this like the professional you are.
